Thanks. I hope it's fixed soon, too. I have to move down to Canton this weekend and it looks like I won't have a car.

A few different kinds. Mostly pennzoil platinum, one of rotella, and the current one with pennzoil ultra. I always used synthetic and changed 3.5 to 4 k.

Just got the car back from the dealer. I got a new long block from Subaru covered under warranty. Can't wait for the break in period to be over so the fun can begin (again).

Break in is over. I did an oil change with Rotella T6 and an OEM filter. I went to put all the goodies back on and the guys at the dealership put one of the bolts connecting the downpipe on badly and it is cross threaded and completely stuck. I will be fixing that this week and putting that and the other stuff back on.

Everything is back on with a few revisions to the e tune. I just installed a Perrin master cylinder brace. It was definitely tricky to get my hands in there. The pedal feels firmer and I don't have to go down as far for braking. Stainless steel lines and new brake fluid are next.

Yeah it definitely helped with the long an soft pedal. One of the bolts had a messed up thread so I have to fix that now.

How long did that install take?

It's on my list but I've heard it's a PITA.

Just changed the oil (T6), transmission fluid (Extra-S), and rear differential fluid (Extra-S). I had redline in the transmission and it shifts way more smoothly now. Definitely recommend the Extra-S if you are thinking of changing the fluid.
