ahh, so get one without the egt bung? o if not how do you keep the exhaust from escaping via the bung? a big bolt? or put the sensor in there and disable it? like i said in the beginning im new to the subaru world, i dont know all of the tricks of the trade just yet.

Get one without the bung. Or better yet, get one with a bung for an EGT

now i just read something about the exit end of the downpipe being a certain size either 2.5 or 3.0 and having to determine what i have, how do i do that, just get under the car and look will it be visible, now this throws a wrench in to my plans of what im buying lol now gotts find out what i need before i move forward. might have to buy another catback....

Most downpipes do NOT taper. What catback do you have?

so i got the go ahead from the wife to get the parts i need for my build, or at least half, of them so im getting basically this is a quick list of it

she gave me the go ahead so im going to order them tonight, does it look like im missing anything? and i still dont know what size the catback exhaust is if its 2.5 or 3.0, how would i determine that? do i need to get under the car and take it apartto measure it? i really dont know how to figure that out, im drawing a blank lol

Don't buy a Megan Racing uppipe. They fit like crap, and the flex sections have been known to blow apart. When you tackle the uppipe install, you'll realize why it's better to spend the extra $50 on a decent part like TurboXS/Grimmspeed than have to do it over again.

Why are you spending the money on a BPV? The stock BPV will hold just fine with those mods...

i dont have a bpv, i have the ****ty hks ssv bov, and ill get something other than megan ill probably go with grimmspeed or turbo xs ill start pricing it now

OK here's a picture of the place where the cat back meets the down pipe does that look tapered to you guys I just bought a 3 inch down pipe now I'm wondering if it will fit

gasket for bov to intercooler if it doesnt come with one, gaskets for upipe- one from turbo to uppipe, one from uppipe to header, header to block gasket, downpipe to turbo gasket.

why the ebcs? your buying an Accessport...

becaue the person who had it before me put a manual boost controller on there and the perrin one can act the same as a stock boost controller, so i got that to replace the MBC
