    yea i would honestly put the stock one back on if i had it lol but when i bought the car, it had the aftermarket on on it already lol

    also, since im doign all of this anyway, do i need to get an uppipe? and will any cheap, catless one do, or is there a certain type i need to get, i just thought of that, and if im spending this much i might as well get one more thing lol

    yes you will need a catless uppipe. u can reuse stock one and uncat it but just get a catless one and heat wrap it with header tape. i got the grimspeed one from kronos. dont forget new gaskets for everything!

    i believe so but i wouldnt get an ebay knockoff, like a good name qualty part. theyre around 150$ i think

    lol if i get good gaskets and its stainless steel and its just a pipe that has nothing in it and a correct manderel bent why would a knock off be a bad idea? lol

    Because you are bolting a hard pipe to a turbo and another hard pipe. 9 times out of 10, knockoff e-bay parts are not correctly dimensioned. As a result, even if you have good gaskets, it won't make a proper seal... and the UP is the last place you want to be losing exhaust.

    You just picked one of the worst Ebay brands out there!

    The UP does not have an O2 bung. The bung is for the EGT sensor, which will need to be removed. You will need to perform the resistor fix to keep from throwing a CEL... unless you disable the code via tuning.

    ahh, so get one without the egt bung? o if not how do you keep the exhaust from escaping via the bung? a big bolt? or put the sensor in there and disable it? like i said in the beginning im new to the subaru world, i dont know all of the tricks of the trade just yet.
