hello,
my name is chris. im newish to the club and this is my 1st subie! i traded my 06 mazdaspeed 6 in for it. Im a Marine and have been for 7 years and some change. ive worked for plenty of performance shops since 2005. These are the mods so far.....
Engine: Full Invidia 3" exhaust Turbo back
Full Perrin GT3076R turbo kit
Perrin 3" Intake
Perrin coolant over flow can
Perrin oil catch can
Perrin FMIC (Red Piping)
GrimmSpeed Electronic Boost Controller
Suspension: Full D2 Coilover kit
Wheels and Tires:XXR 17's with Nexen 3000 Tires
Tuning: opensource @ National Speed 381hp/403tq @23psi.

I like the pic of the engine bay. I just wanna take a min an say thank you for your service. My uncle was in the marines and in desert storm so I have a lot of respect for what you guys do. How do you like the invidia exhaust turbo back? In the spring that's what I want to get. And one thing I would say is if you don't have a Grimmspeed BCS you should get it it get the car tuned. That would be be like the cherry on top for that engine and turbo setup you have. Cobb has one too so choice is yours.
the MS6 was awsome but no where near the power i wanted for the money i put into it. and im getting retuned by National Speed in wilmington nc on open source and i ordered a grim speed for the tune so MO POWA IS COMMING!
oh the exhaust scared an 05 sti owner! lol it sounds great!
Oh snap I didn't read carefully enough, and just assumed MS3. Not too many MS6's out there!

Welcome! My mom had an ms6. Managed to blow the turbo right before trading it in lol

it did but the stocker turbo didnt lol! i blew my turbo at 310hp.
You'll be happy with the GS BCS it helps the car boost so smooth and not jump all over the place. I love the difference since I put it in. Able to boost more and fine tune wgdc with out over boosting. It's nice!!

Are you from Palm Beach County or just drove it there for a tune? Awesome build, are you concerned about the trans holding up?

no my wifes dad lives in Ocala florida. the trans ive been told will be fine till over 400hp. alot of shops tune subie's around here and the most ive herd of was 430hp and 420 tq and has been going strong for 3 years.
