    I agree.

    That just recently happened to someone else on here too (forget...might have been Dirty Impreza). And he paid. I would have flipped my **** on them.

    Just got off the phone with the Service Manager and he said he was unaware of this problem and will look into it and call me back with more details.

    I was very respectful and just flat out told him I was upset with this outcome and if his service department cannot do a simple windshield fix (when the crack was smaller than a tip of a pencil, you could barely see it with the naked eye unless you were looking for it), then I would not be bringing my car back there for anything.

    He apologized for everything and said he'd get to the bottom of it.

    IMO, accidents happen. If they own up and replace your windshield free of charge then great, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. If by the end of it, they won't replace it for free I would take my business elsewhere and make it known.

    Wow, horrible business. If you can't get them to pay for it, I'd call one of those services that change windshields on the road and get it done in there parking lot. Don't give them a penny of your hard earned money.

    I'd actually pay to have this done, and then film it, and put it up on all the social media you can...I've seen situations like that happen and the possibility of poor publicity was more than enough for them to change their minds.
