    Took the car in so subaru could take care of a small chip in my windshield, smaller than a tic tac, like a pencil tip. So I figured, take care of it before it gets worse...I did this on Tuesday.

    Service call was for Wednesday morning.

    It was getting late in the day and still no call from Subaru, so I gave them a buzz and they said the repair guy has yet to come in and he should be in tomorrow, no problem. I'm in no hurry.

    It now being Friday, end of day. Subaru called me with some bad news. Their windshield guy cracked it completely in attempt to repair it and now the whole thing needs replaced. And will cost roughly 300 to fix it.

    I'm beyond pissed now.
