Well, long story short. Maus was right

It was the fuel pump. The DW must of **** the bed and since I didn't have the plastic stopper for the stock pump I had kronos overnight me a Walbro and after getting it to fit in the house I put four o rings on the pump, put it all back together, had a small leak, check the gasket again, no leaks. Perfect. Primed the car, holy hell is that pump loud. But I heard it priming and heard the gas start shooting through the lines and checked for leaks again before attempting to start it, nothing. So I primed it a couple more times just to be sure. No leaks and primed up good every time. So I crossed my fingers and turned her over. Best sound I've heard in a long time. She fired right up. No hesitation. I couldn't of been any happier.

Before when starting the car, it would sit there and click over for at least 3 seconds. Which its all starting to make sense to me now. After installing the walbro and the o rings, the car fires up as soon as you turn it over.

So I was a little nervous taking her for a drive. So I just went for a short run around the block. She made it. Stretched it out a little further. She made it. So I decided it was a do or die situation. Either she runs good or she doesn't. Man oh man did she run. Was like music to my ears hearing the car scream through every gear and hearing the BPV along with the nice rumble of the spt. Boy did I miss my car.

    Notes to self...

    1. When buying a 30k car, don't touch it.
    2. Don't take your car to a shop (Unless thats what they specifically do)
    3. Do as much work as you can yourself before trusting someone to do it.
    4. Trial and error.

You might want to perform a compression test on the motor just in case. Fuel pump on performing it's duty = less fuel injected = lean condition.

I hope were in the clear. I'm still going to try to find that plastic stopper, since it was designed to be there. I feel like so much weight was lifted off my shoulders.

I don't fully agree with this conclusion. Specifically, I think your DW pump was fine, but just wasn't properly sealed (because it was missing the plastic stopper/sleeve + o-ring from stock pump). Wasn't that the DW I heard priming in that video?

I think the pump is fine to and that it just needed that stopper or orings.
