South eastern, about 30 miles outside of Detroit in Washtenaw county. Specifics obviously are going to be kept secret on an open thread Lol.

Bought the girlfriend a Saabaru 9-2x over the winter and fell in love. Now I'm going to get myself one haha. I'm done with Honda Haha

I haven't seen what's going on with yours, but mine has a little rust starting in the rear quarter wheel wells, the part people usually roll with a fender roller. I was thinking about just getting a whole new empty chassis that I could pimp out, seem weld etc. My current body is pretty much toast. It'd be cool to practice a little body work on the old one before I take it to the scrap. It's got everything, a little rust, a little hail, a little parking lot damage, paint that needs a detailing. You name it.

A bit of body rust is FAR from toast.

the rust isnt what makes it toast, 275k mi, hail damage, needy paint, many many dings and scratches, large parking lot dent/scuff from a bad parker, the rust is the very least of my self image problems lol, believe me. i have a multitude of items on each and every panel.

Not going to lie, I will be just about in tears when I hand the keys to someone else.

It's weird how these little cars grow on you.

Understandable actually, you put A LOT into this car done a lot with it and obviously have an attachment to it. It's pretty bad ass.

Just make sure you hand it over to some one who'll appreciate it. Not to some one who writes the biggest check. Ya know?
