Thanks! I have no clue when I'm gonna do the swap though, it may be awhile yet.

I know I am looking for a place to re-tune my vehicle once I get the new short block put in. I am looking at Agile, IAG, TurboXS.....I live in the Central PA area so those are the three shops I am looking at right now.

I'd do IAG or Agile. I can personally stand up for Agile as they tuned my first STI very well. Hill is incredibly knowledgeable.

I figured the sti block was better plus I got it for a really good price...like...1800 or so...plus I'm sure I could sell my old block to someone that wants to rebuild it...I could even throw in the new sti pistons since no one wants to buy them.

Hmm...500 eh? Is that the going rate for a short block that still works and has low compression? Lol, I keep you posted!

I've bought for $400-500. I'd probably say $550-600 because of the STi pistons.
