Apparently a deadbolt superzilla 18g and i put 650cc injectors in... Even though every picture I see of DB 16g turbos they all resemble my turbo...the guy i bought it from swears up and down its the 18g though.

I feel like my turbo takes forever to spool up....I didn't think I would have such turbo lag with just an 18g....

So I got another misfire in cylinder one today. I then used the AP to check roughness in cylinder one and I got a count of 1. Wtf..........if there is something wrong......I'm done. It seems to only happen when I'm filling up with gas. This time it happened after I had the cap off for a little bit trying to get my card to work. The network at sunoco was down so I had to recapture tank and go get cash and as soon as I turned car on it idled funny and misdirected in cylinder 1.

It only happens when you get gas? Thats a little odd. Dumb question but how full are you filling the tank? If you overfill it you might be getting raw fuel into the charcoal canister and then the purge valve sucks it up into the intake and causes a misfire. Im just drawing at straws though but it something to start with. Maybe start by not filling it up the whole way next time and see if it helps. If you want me to come look at it sometime let me know and Ill come over.

I know but hes unsure of what it is even though he put it on, it looks like one turbo when someone told him it is something different.

I saw the facespace message. Its odd it only happens at that gas station. Did you clear the code out yet? Im curious to see if its a lean or rich misfire.

Well the fact it happend and you didnt actually fill it throws my theory out the window. I will just have to take a little look and see whats going on. Next time it happens dont clear it so I can take a look at the freeze frame data and see what might be going on.

I know my sti hates closed loop now that I am catless. The rear o2 gets confused it seems. Went open loop 24/7 and don't have one regret. I heard that Cobb put out definitions lately that had rear o2 compensation tables in actually.

... Wouldn't cause a misfire though. Just a really goofy idle and generally would run very rich in my experience. Also the learning compensation was covering up some MAF and load comp mistakes.

You run through donkeys suggestions? I'd look to make a separate post about it otherwise.
