did you order your Patriot Decals?

Okay just a small maintenance update. I had my oil changed at the dealer last Thursday (yes I know I can do it myself, that is going to happen in the future)
Just a few things they mentioned and I wanted some input on what would be necessary the soonest.
1. My front axles are slinging grease. They took me out and showed me. The boots are not cracked yet but the grease is definitely coming out somehow.
2. I have a weird tire wear pattern. All 4 of my tires are wearing out faster on the inside. I looked at them and it probably just needs new tires (which I knew about) and an alignment.
3. My radiator caps are not holding the correct pressure anymore so I need two news ones. This is actually being done on thursday as well as a coolant flush.
4. I have no idea if the 60k service was done so they recommend that.
So my question is, aside from the radiator caps. What order would ya'll have this done?

I order the OEM crush washers and filters off of SubaruGenuineParts.com || Where Genuine is Better!. They sell a 6 pack deal.
Mine were starting to seep grease out of the skinny clamped end and fling. Had my inner boots replaced the other week. I had my local subi tuner do it because of time contraints, he said the factory metal clamps arent that great.

Sounds like too much negative camber2. I have a weird tire wear pattern. All 4 of my tires are wearing out faster on the inside. I looked at them and it probably just needs new tires (which I knew about) and an alignment.
Up to you but they 60k includes a fluid flush so up to you

Thanks for the info!
Small update, no major work yet.
I got a WC knob about am month ago and love it! I bought it second hand on this forum and got a great deal! Had I bought it direct I don't think I would have gotten the shift pattern engraved. I found it very very tough to get it to line up properly and stay tightened.
Today I restored my headlights using the Meguiars HD kit Kit #G3000. For the money this kit is awesome! My headlights were't terrible to begin with but afterwards I could tell a big difference. The pictures don't do it justice.

Wow! That kit did wonders...I definitely have to give it a whirl. I ended up getting too drunk this past Friday, so I was a waste of life on Saturday and didn't wake up til 5pmish![]()

Lol, yeah that was me Saturday morning. I did all this yesterday. In total it only took me an hour and a half. Most of that was prep time.
If you do get the kit I got I would recommend adding an 800 grit step to the wet sanding. The kit comes with 1000 and 3000, but I feel like I could have gotten it much smoother by adding 800 first. Depending on how it holds up I might go back over it in a few months.
Alright guys I have a question. No need to start a new thread though.
I'm going to be getting my brakes done in a few weeks. I have decided to go with Hawk pads, but I don't know which kind. My car is strictly a DD so are the HPS's worth the extra cost or should I just get the Hawk OEM replacements? I had also though about going the middle road and get the ceramics.
Right now I'm just stuck and need some opinions![]()
I've had the HPSs on my first STI and my 350z and they are great. Reduction in dust alone over stock is worth it
I'm sure the Ceramics or OEM replacements will be plenty for you as well.
I'm running Centric PosiQuiet pads. They are awesome for only having cost me $37 shipped, but they lack the initial bite of a much more quality pad. If I wasn't hard up for cash at the time of needing them, I probably would have gone for HPSs.

A good set of pads/brake fluid/steel brake lines will make a world of difference.

Anyway, I will only be doing the pads this go around (unless the rotors need replacing and then I'll be going OEM). I think I'm gonna get the ceramics though. Should be a good balance between performance and street use!
Zach, what kind of fluid would you use?
Whats with the fancy new thread title?
