I heard that as well. But my understanding is that you can do it on a lift, put it down, and re-torque.

That seems reasonable, as long as you make sure to line everything up before torquing as well.

Installed the front sway bar and endlinks today. Quality of the Whiteline swaybar is top notch. Way beefier than stock. Kartboy endlinks are really nice and sturdy as well.

Once it was off the lift, I drove onto ramps and made sure everything was aligned and tightened all bolts. Took a drive and noticed the difference instantly. The body remained flat while cornering and I was able to maintain speed in corners where I could not before. Bye Bye body roll!

I'll let it settle a bit more and check the bolts again tomorrow.

    Suspension/Brake Mods to date
-Whiteline 24mm adjustable front sway bar on *stiffest* setting
-Whiteline 22mm adjustable rear sway bar on *stiffest* setting
    -Kartboy front and rear endlinks
-Hawk HP+ Brake pads (front and rear)

Nice work so far. You've taken the rare path of making suspension mods before power mods. I'll be going power first. Just impatient I guess, but suspension mods would follow.

I'm seriously considering it. Hopefully, my new tires will arrive tomorrow and I'll debate with myself all day on whether or not I should get an alignment. If i do i'm thinking -2.0 up front, -1.5 rear, and 0 toe all around. This is my DD, so not sure what adverse effects will follow.

Nice! Can you post a closeup pic of the front endlinks under load?

ps - If that lift is in your home garage, I officially hate you.

I'll check them when i get back to the shop. We also have ramps, so i'll get on they're and re-adjust if necessary. I tried to get them as perpendicular as possible yesterday.

The lift is at work actually. I wish it was at my house.

Thunderhill was a lot of fun. My first time in the Point-by group with NCRC and I was one of the slower cars in the groups. I was pointing-by a lot more than getting point-byes hahaha. I really liked the way the car handled with the sway-bars and tires. I would say I didn't push it 100% just because it was my first time with the '11 and my first time at THill since May 2010. But by the end of the day, I felt pretty confident with my lines and was almost going balls to the wall.

My best lap time was a measly 2:28. In comparison, a buddy was tearing it up around 2:14s in his s2000. And the guys in the race group were churning out laps in the 2:01-2:03s.

    3rd session of the day:
Lap top speed avg spped time
    1 105.8 66.4 2.8 2:34.094
    2 106.4 66.9 2.8 2:32.739
    3 104.5 65.4 2.9 2:36.967
    4 105.2 66.7 2.8 2:33.878
    5 102.5 65.8 2.8 2:35.312
    6 106.1 68.5 2.8 2:28.836
    7 107.9 44.3 2.9 3:54.055
