Hey Jimmy, you mentioned you'd part with that Bosal earlier. How much were you thinking?

Yeah...but I can get the motor and trans without having to separate them. Is your friend still interested in the Bosal? It's hard for me to keep up with you guys on the phone since I can't have it at work.

Bo mentioned he knows someone who might be interested but I wasn't able to get the details. If his buddy doesn't want it I'll sell it to you. I'd probably let it go for 150+ whatever shipping is.

Cool, if you can keep the shipping cost under $50 to Oregon, I'd be interested. Let me know if teh Bo doesn't want it, otherwise I'll just keep the STI axleback I've got.

Donkey shipped me the axleback. He's on the east coast too, and I want to say it was like $25-30, but that didn't include the midpipe.

If you've got a rough weight and dimensions, I can estimate it. I just guessed 30lbs and some rough box measurements based on another post, and I see USPS estimates around $50-60. Basically I'd do $200 shipped, if that's at all reasonable.

That's some serious denial. The Subaru 4-pots have about 60% of the pad area of the Brembos. In fact, most consider the 4-pots hardly an improvement over the WRX 2-pots.

Most being who? And I will not notice any difference between Brembos and the 4/2 pots. Also, Brembos don't fit under my goldies.

That's only cause you don't have any Brembos.

I still want to know why you have an STI without Brembos...

Because Brembos are weak sauce anyway.

Well I don't really NEED my BBK, but it does have greater stopping potential and lest brake fade.
