Honestly I'm not sure.. I've entertained the idea of an electronic cutout, but not sure yet of the pro's/con's...

I too want to begin suspension upgrades next.. thinking sways will come next.

Have QTP electric cut outs on my SRT10. Sounds like a stock car

Halite has a tendency to kill the motors. If it does so while the cutout is open, you could be in for a few exhaust tickets.

Personally, I'd just go EWG. Dead silent when you want it to be, loud/obnoxious when you want it to be, and better boost control / more area under the curve.

If I'll never go beyond an 18G, is there any reason to go with a 44mm vs 38mm EWG setup?

Recaro is the best investment I've ever done for my cars. My both boys grewup in recaros. I used them until older was 10. They loved to sit in recaro. These seats are soo confortable. If you look at price, I payed them $350 each and that comes to $44 annually. I gave them to my friend and they use these for last 3 y.
Just go for recaros. Best you could do for your kid in the car.

Not recaro start, at that time it was only one at us market. Amusingly the price is still the same $349. Durable aluminum construction could carry child from 30-80lbs. It grows whit child. It's carryon, everywhere we went it was whit us in rental, just needs an anker for the top. I would like to have one for my self. google for it. I linked newer model, but Base worked for me just fine.
