bah i've been taking off badges and dealership stickers for a while now.
i always clean the area first with detailing spray...then saw the sticker/badge off with fishing line...then spray it again with detailing spray bc sometimes the goo comes off easily with just the spray. if not, i use a process of 3M rubbing compound>paint cleaner>polish>wax>detail spray again
when i do that, it ALWAYS comes out looking like the sticker/badge was never there in the first place
