Maybe try to wash and wax the area. It looks like it's just dirt that has built up around the edges of the letters and never been cleaned.

If that doesn't work, you may be out of luck. That is why it is inadvisable to de-badge a 6 year old car. The paint under the letters is brand new and the rest of the paint has been battered by the elements.
