Nope, not following grooves (tramlining) and all cambers are in negative (sorry, edited that on the op). And just to clarify, the tires are sticking to the pavement fine, its just that the body shifts over (but almost not a "roll" just a "shift"). It's an odd thing, hard to explain I guess.
