Yeah I have been following it for the last several years. The site has come a long way as has his ideas and bike. His prototype represented outside the box thinking and true ingenuity. I applaud him for it.
Motoczysz proves one thing though:
If you wanna make a small fortune in the Automotive industry, start with a really big one. Most of his upfront and prototype funding was strictly out of pocket.
EDIT: The website used to show every update the company had and almost read like a diary. For example it would say;
1-20-2006 Potential Share Holders Meeting "Today we met with 4 serious big business investors. Their decision could make or break our future."
It has been quite exciting to be able to watch it come from a half baked hand sketched idea on the website when I first tuned in, to a working prototype, and now preproduction vehicle. Its gonna be awesome. I wonder if Jay Leno has cemented #001 yet.
