Remember people love to complain but are resistant to praise. If you had not had personal affiliations with a company, then you are just jumping on the bashing bandwagon, which is usually blown out of proportion. Anthony responded to every single dissatisfied customer and it appears pretty much everything has been cleared up or will be cleared up soon.
So if Mauro has 3-10 temporarily bad orders out of 100, I say that's still a really good rate. Did you know the airline industry loses approximately 10,000 bags a day? (
