Im hoping this will convince Import Boost to respond to me accordingly.

Situation #1:
A few months back I was in the markey for UTEC for my 02 wrx. Import Boost had a great price that couldnt be beat. I went along and ordered it from them. I get the package 2 weeks later, open it up, and it's an STI UTEC. Got a hold of them right away and they did take care of everything, and sent me out a new one with no problems. Customer service minus the screw up was very good.

Situation #2(Current)
Last month a place an order for an APS top mount and APS blow off valve. Sent the payment via Paypal, payment was received the very same day. He said he had them in stock and would ship them out right away. Two weeks later I message him on aol and ask him if he had a tracking #. He said he did some checking and his partner missed the order completely and that he would send it out right away and e-mailed me the tracking #. I check the tracking # twice and the first time it said the usual, billing information received. The second time I checked it said billing information voided. I then e-mailed them asking for an explanation. One week later with no response I e-mail them back again, no response for another week. I see him on aol, message him, no response. I then went to thier website to find an address or phone #. I call the phone number on the site, "Out of Service", not something I want to hear when this company has had $1,000 of my money for a month and I have received no product or service. I then come accross this thread and see others are having troubles, so I post a slight threat to post exactly what I'm posting now, to see if that would get a response out of them. Well guess what, it did. He pm's me and says "I did email you im not sure why you havent received the email. But your order is on the way dont worry." I felt a little relieved. Then I questioned what had happened. He said UPS sent back a bunch of packages that they needed to sort through and they would be sending it FedEx. Now if you remember the first pm he sent me, it said it was on it's way. I just got off the phone with FedEx, and no package is on record with a destination of my house.

I have been nice so far. I have waited long enough with poor communication from the company. This is the last chance I give them to get a hold of me and give me an explantion that I deserve. If I don't recieve and e-mail, phone call, pm, by then end of the day tommarow(4:30pm Central Time), I am calling USBANK and puting a stop payment on my credit card, being the first to submit a complaint to the BBB, yes I did check them out, and leaving negative feedback where I can. I have had bad problems with alot of vendors in the past, we all have. This time just set me off.
