It would seem to me you are trying to do both which isn't possible with your current business setup. You need to hire more people to work the lines and emails. Or, cut some of your product line. Maybe you offer too much to too many different people. Get rid of bad suppliers and build strong relationships with good ones. If there is a demand for an item but the supplier sucks, the heartache for you may mean you let some other vendor do that. You can't be all things to all people!
