It is ok , you are the customer and you have the right to be harsh. You really do , we did have alot of problems that really are of no concern to the customers. But we do want you to know this is one of the maybe 10 - 20 shipments, out of 4,000 and growing(Still Small), That went bad, or had a problem.
I Try to Never advertise for things we dont have intstock unless there happens to be a oversieght with the website and forums and the inventory is wrong. I take the blaim on any of the problems. I will lay it out Straight for everyone right now. As of right now there is one employee me the owner basically I am doing everything and, well most of you dont relise. I am micro managing . I am young I do not yet have the Fincail Back Bone to employee people that are reliable.
Right now I am runing really small looking for investors so that this type of stuff cant happen.
But What I would really like you guys to actually look at is my overall feedback..(Nasioc,ebay,Tons of old revews froms customer etc) I am trying as hard as possible to give 110%
I have very very rarly have a problem and I hope some of my old customers will read this and step up and let everyone know im good.
